- No Returns: We do not accept returns or provide refunds for any purchases made on JollyeMart.com.
- Damaged Delivery Exception: In the rare event that you receive a damaged item, the following process applies:
a. The customer must provide clear video evidence of the damaged item as received.
b. This video must be submitted to our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery.
c. Our team will review the submitted evidence to verify the claim.
d. If approved, RTO will be placed and the damaged product will be picked in 7-10 days.
e. JollyeMart.com will, at its discretion, offer a replacement or refund within 7-10 days. - Final Decision: All decisions regarding damaged delivery claims are at the sole discretion of the JollyeMart.com team and are considered final.
